Steel forgings manufactured on presses and rings manufactured on a ring-rollers, both produced by ZARMEN FPA, are our main export product.In this scope we offer forgings made on presses 1250 T or 3000 T, of unit weight between 200 kg and 24.000 kg, in particular:

• Bars
• Discs
• Blocks and rectangular plates
• Mandrel-forged sleeves
• Forged rings
• Free shape forgings according to drawings (e.g. mill rolls, shaftings, flanged shafts, and others).

Recently, our offer has been extended with rings produced on a newly installed ring-rolling machine. These rings, up to 3.000 mm outer diameter, up to 800 mm height, and up to 8.000 kg unit weight, are less costly and have better size tolerances than traditional rings forged on a mandrel.

We offer a wide scope of steel grades according to standards PN, EN, BS, DIN, ASTM, AISi, SAE, JIS, including:

• Carbon steels,
• Alloyed steels,
• Steels for heat treatment,
• Steels for carbonizing,
• Bearing steels.
• Hot work tool steels.
• Martensitic steels

Forgings are supplied in heat treated condition (soft annealed, normalized, tempered, quenched and tempered in polymer or in water, stress relief annealed), in black condition (unmachined) or machined (turned, milled, ground).

Thanks to an internal laboratory, the products are tested for mechanical properties check, for ultrasonic check, and for microscopic examination. Forging ingots used for production are supplied by Polish and European melting shops that have all necessary quality approvals.

ZARMEN FPA follows its Quality Policy and has implemented Integrated System of Quality Management according to standards EN ISO 9001:2015, EN ISO 14001:2015, EN ISO 45001:2018 and PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018. The Forge has been certified by a number of respectable qualification institutions, including: LRS, DNV/GL, BV, ABS, TUV.

The forgings and rings that we supply are used in many industrial branches, such as:
